5 ways to live a healthier life

As we all know today's life is getting hectic and busy every minute and so is our mental peace also. We are hardly getting mental peace. This is hampering our daily life, be it our social, our family or our work life. We can't avoid but certain things can help us to get the peace. Here I share with you 5 tips that helped me so I am sharing with you.
1. Getting early in the morning: I see this as this morning is my time, only mine. With the day's start I say to myself, its my day. I usually go to morning walk with my pet-dog and just enjoy the morning view. Take a deep breadth.
2. Breakfast with family: Today we are getting high tech, but losing the high touch. No matter how much friend list you got in social media, but whenever tough things arise family is the one going to give you mental strength. So starting the day with family is indeed a great way.
But also if not breakfast you can also make it in your dinner.
3. Balance: Very important to keep balance of personal and professional life. Ups and down will happen, but remember if the graph is straight in the E.C.G. machine there is no life. Key thing is prioritize your list. What to do, when to do.
4. Vacation: One of best ways to shed the load from brain and shoulders and most importantly from thoughts. Be with family or with friends, you must add be in your most important list to rejuvenate yourself.
5.Check yourself: " People say that you are going the wrong way, when it's simply a way of your OWN."- you are not here to impress anyone. It's not wrong to have "MY" opinion. Everyone is unique. But most of the times people forget that and try to impose their way on us. Don't think about it too much, don't give so much attention, so much ENERGY to something which doesn't deserve it. Let it be.
